I just installed a Kenwood 8120 Nav that is really amazing (though the blue tooth mic really sucks) and have the following toys on order: C4S Lloyd Mats, body color non-smoker kit, Short shift kit, Red "S" for rear badge.

I had the Bose High End stereo but replaced it with the Kenwood and an Alpine Amp.

The vettes were great cars and probably the absolute best bang for the buck, but it ain't a P Car.

The Alpine was needed to replace the Bose Amp as it is on the Fiber Optic system and therefore not compatible.

bad pictures of a BAD-*** C4S CAB....you are a lucky ****...this is my favorite P-car.....now spend a bit more cash on "sinking" the P about an inch and after the end of the month change the pumkins!
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After spending a couple of years over on the dark side (Two Corvette C6's) I just took delivery of a 04 C4S Cab. Previously I had a 02 996 Coupe, a 01 Boxster S and a 964 Cab. The vettes were great cars and probably the absolute best bang for the buck, but it ain't a P Car.
Here's a few really bad pics of the car, better ones to follow once I get rid of the damn Temp Tags

Thanks.
Full leather, Sport Exhaust (surprisingly outstanding), PSM, Deviated Stitching, Heated Seats, Body Color painted rear console. 20,000 miles, Certified w/ 2 years warranty, dealer installed brand new PS2's. Since the PS2 have about 100 miles on them, I probably won't be changing out the wheels for a while.

Just remembered the Bi-Xenon's.
I had the Bose High End stereo but replaced it with the Kenwood and an Alpine Amp. I was amazed how much better the Bose Speakers sound now. Night and Day change.

welcome (back) Nice looking Cab, followed a C4 Cab about an hour ago, nice wide body... man.... sweet! I like your rear light bar, looks "correct" for a P-car!

Great looking car...welcome "back" to the gang. Which part of Dallas are you from? BTW I am in Allen TX. Maybe I will see your car around, enjoy your new car... Cheers,

Sorry I wasn't clear. The Kenwood is an Excelon 8120 NAV/DVD/ITUNES/USB unit. The Alpine was needed to replace the Bose Amp as it is on the Fiber Optic system and therefore not compatible.

I agree, but I have absolutely not one bad word to say about the C6. The build quality was exceptional and the car did everything it was supposed to do flawlessly. It just wasn't a Porsche.
The only feature of the C6 that I really miss is the heads up display. If the government was ever going to mandate a safety device this should be one of them. Your eyes never leave the road and all the data you could ever need is right there in front of you. Even the NAV directions appear in the display.
But, like I said, it's not a Porsche!

Congrats Joe! Beautiful car... not that this is remorse, but my first choice was the Seal Gray; the Arctic Silver I ended up with was second... but I do love the Cabs... Great comments about C6 vs. P-car - I have a buddy here, Chevy guy through and through (we take turns bashing each other's trucks, my F-150 and his Chevy 1500... and everything else Chevy)... Your comments seem objective enough (but more or less in my favor) and I'll share them with him.

Thanks.
I was about to buy an Arctic 4S from a dealer in Detroit. In fact, I was about to send off the check, when a chance view of the inventory of a local dealer showed the Seal Grey. It is my favorite also (my 02 C2 Coupe was Seal) and they worked me a great deal. The rest is history.
