Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Replace oem nose' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace air flow around the doors' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. Side skirts do change the air flow around the doors, but nothing to dramatic.

Your statement would be completely true if the car's dimensions had changed dramactically when the Aero II was released.

For the same reason, I will only use aero parts from establishments that I understand do extensive testing, such as Porsche or Ruf.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

If i have an aerokit I front bumper/side skirts and stuff and then put on the newer aerokit II wing, will that cause instability at high speeds or do they match up more or less fine?
also, anyone in canada got one for sale?
I looked into this option. The wing will be fine. It is actually more efficient than that of the Aerokit I rear spoiler. Not to mention, I think it would look absolutely BAD-***!!!

Not to be the contrarian, but I wouldn't mix aerokit parts that were not intended to be used together. Now that I am trying to take my car to the track with some regularity, I am seeing speeds of up to 140. At that speed, the effects of aero parts can be felt. If you have any imbalance, it could lead to unpleasant results. Put a front spoiler on that results in more downforce (or reduces lift more) than the rear spoiler, and you could create slight oversteer. Put a rear spoiler on that results in more downforce (or reduces lift more) than your front spoiler, you could create slight understeer. I would rather have the latter problem than the former, but I now think I understand the warnings Porsche puts on all of its aero parts. For the same reason, I will only use aero parts from establishments that I understand do extensive testing, such as Porsche or Ruf. Just my two cents.
P.S. I had plenty of people tell me that mixing parts was fine, but then I remembered they were trying to sell me mixed parts and had never seen an air tunnel.
P.S.II I have never seen an air tunnel so this advice is worth as much as it cost me to post.
You are correct...to some repsects. Your statement would be completely true if the car's dimensions had changed dramactically when the Aero II was released. The aerodynamic coefficient in relationship to the surface area of the car is pretty much the same. On the newer cars, the factory changed the OEM nose to reflect a bit more downforce (i.e. reduced lift). By placing an aerokit I nose on an older car, you are effectively doing the same thing. Now...by adding a wing (that produces down force) on the rear end will even out the drag from the front to the rear. Both wings are effective in this. However, Porsche's testing on the aerokit II realized a bit more efficiency developing downforce in a smoother manner. Primarily due to the vertical wing-like upright supports vs. the Aero I's curved "taco" uprights. Those have a tendency to produce a little more drag.
I was looking to do this very look. I had caution going in, but once I researched the materials and realized the car hasn't changed that much all was ok. BTW - RUF's rear wing is VERY similiar to the Aero II wing on the RGT.
Very interesting stuff. I can't really help you if you drive REALLY fast
backwards.

ok since i will be using the Aerokit II rear wing, should i be using the AeroKit II side Skirts or Aerokit I side skirts?
What about rear bumpers, does that need changing as well? (AK I or AK II?)
the front bumper i will be using is the Aerokit I with the RS holes cut into it.
Side skirts do change the air flow around the doors, but nothing to dramatic. I would say it's up to taste on those. Rear bumpers should be fine as well. Unless there is a rear under skirting or valence that goes with the Aero II rear bumper. I am pretty sure the bumper differences are merely facia changes. Be sure to confirm that.
Side note - as soon as I get my 3rd radiator I will be doing the same holes on the nose. I will also be adding a protective mesh on them. Here's a good source for perforated metals if interested:
