I recently lost my perfect 99 track car to a careless driver who hit me a few months ago.
I'm looking for a 99 MK I aero to build back to what I had before.
I am looking for at minimum, a 99 996 with the following options:
LSD is a must and prefer it with a fresh motor. I prefer less bright colors. Silvers, grays and blacks (a color that doesn't grab as much attention as Speed yellow).
Options that I would like but are not required:
HI-Fi Stereo
Sport Seats
3 Spoke Steering wheel
18 inch wheels
MK I aero
If you have a car that is for sale that has these options please let me know, as I am tired of searching fruitlessly for a good 99 with proper history locally.

i have one that needs an engine. i just lost the motor at road america and am considering selling the car
it has following items
gt3 seats
gt3 bar
simpson harnesses for both seats
removable suede wheel
bbs lightweights and hoosiers
new brakes and srf fluid
new windshield
silver on black leather
sport suspension
i believe it has lsd
53k miles
i have all factory stuff that came with car
car is near minneapolis
I've got a 30Kmi zentith Blue '99 C4 and have toyed with the idea of selling it but haven't gotten too serious.

I have a 1999 996 with 70K miles with Factory Aero, Factory heated sport seats, Hi fi package, 3 spoke steering wheel, 18" technology wheels, Factory LSD and Factory M030 (in a box) car is dialed in right now with a 04 GT3 takeoff susp, Fabspeed exhaust, etc. Car is on it's way to get a fresh 3.6 X51 installed. Going to run 13-14K just for that. No fire sale here but willing to discuss. PM or email. I have my eye on something with a rollcage in it. quick, someone smack me and bring me to my senses.

I'm looking into getting 99 C2 coupe for track use as well. What engines can be easily fitted to this car? Can an earlier MK1 GT3 engine be installed easily. What is difference between 99 and 2000 car?
