Anyone have PCM 3.0 running software v3.0, and using NavTech CDs (East or West) dated 08.2003?

But I've been using NavTech discs since 1997, and on every single 6-month subscription CD I've ever received, it always had BMW Dealers as a category.

Anyone have PCM 3.0 running software v3.0, and using NavTech CDs (East or West) dated 08.2003?
If so, could you please check if under Input Destination -> POI -> Service, you see a category for Porsche Service?
On page 60 of the Porsche PCM manual, it specifically states this should be there, and others on this board and elsewhere have confirmed that they can see this category. But now I'm thinking maybe it's just with a specific version of the CDs (or possible even batch group of those CDs)
I've gone back and forth with my dealer and NavTech, and no one claims to know why this listing should be missing, but for me it is. I have 08.2003 CDs, with batch# S0006-0112-307 (you can see this on the CD face).
Anyone with 08.2003 CDs able to see this Porsche Service category?
I couldn't find "Porsche service" in any of the POI choices! Is this why they give you a book of the Porsche dealerships in the U.S.? I guess Porsche expects us to program the address in the computer as a destination. Not good.
You're in the same boat as I am then. I called NavTech and the customer service agent agreed that the category should be there, precisely as indicated on page 60 of the PCM user manual.
He claimed they hadn't been alerted to this as a problem, and I told him perhaps not enough people knew enough about NavTech to realize there was anything wrong. But I've been using NavTech discs since 1997, and on every single 6-month subscription CD I've ever received, it always had BMW Dealers as a category.
So when I didn't see Porsche Service as indicated in the manual, I of course noticed pretty quickly. NavTech is sending me replacement discs from a different batch number than the ones I have now. It's either all 08.2003 CDs are missing this category, or the batch mine came from is missing them. Either way, an aknowledged bug.
