Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Have tried searching the forums but can't find an answer. Anyone know where there are install instructions for clear side lights? I could swear I saw them somewhere in the last few days but can't find them.

POST 2Original post

If you mean the lights just behind the front wheel, they just pop right out by hand and the new ones snap right in. Just grab it and push it out from the body. Vic 99 C2 cab

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks - I'll go try it right now.

POST 4Original post

The owners manual has removal/install instructions. If you just pull them out, you might damage the clips that hold them in place.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks very much again, worked like a charm! Didn't get the owner's manual comment in time but the old ones look fine. It's a nice touch on an Arctic Silver Targa!

POST 6Original post

you'll need a jackhammer, chainsaw, drill, and blowtorch for the install. step 1: use the chainsaw to remove the front bumper cover and quarterpanels. step 2: with the front bumper cover removed, drill holes in the side markers to relieve the pressure holding them on. step 3: use the jackhammer to remove the side markers. step 4: attach the new side markers by melting them onto the bumper cover. step 5: re-attach the bumper cover and quarterpanels by melting them back onto the supporting brackets. let me know if you have any questions or need to borrow any of the tools.

POST 7Original post

rtfm! Seriously, it's in your owners manual under light bulb changing.
