Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yep, I got 'em. Seems like the side panels won't flip closed fast enought to allow the top to finish closing. Some jigging of the switch seems to get it done but it's definitely not the preferred method. Having some trouble getting it to open sometimes now too. Ideas?

POST 2Original post

Your side panel motor is likely on it's way out. I had the same problem and one day it just stopped working. Motor is around $150 at Suncoast and takes about 45-60 minutes to swap out. I don't know what the stealer would charge.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Well I fired a little white grease on the aluminum track the flap rides in and it seemed to help... guess I might need to brush up on the 'emergency' procedure.....
