Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm reading into possible suspension upgrades, and am wondering if any of the adjustable units have the front height adjustment **** on the top, accessible from the front trunk, that is easily adjusted? I have a bit of a hill for my driveway. I'm afraid with non-adjustable I'd be too low, but being able to hop out and do a quick **** adjustment, I'd clear OK,and have piece of mind. Is there such a thing?

POST 2Original post

The **** on top usually controlls the dampening, not the ride height. Ride height is a bit more difficult to adjust and can't be done on the fly. Adjustable shocks are great though. Just measure your front lip distance from your driveway at its closest point and have your install the height accordingly. I have the PSS9 coilovers and I love them. They really tightened the car up on the track but also ride very well on the street. Good luck

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The PSS9 may be the way to go. I know I'd like my ride height a little lower than what it takes for my driveway, oh well. I'm at the stock 26.5" right now, and I'd like to get rid of some of the high speed float. I'll have to measure the lowest driveway clearance, I'll bet it's less than a half inch. My front will scrape if I back in, at my current height. Maybe the dollar will raise up to be worth 10 euro and I can get this cool RUF kit! That's pretty slick!
