Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Yep, the Carrera Classic is my fave of the current factory wheels.
Of course, if/when I get my 997, the first thing I'll do (along with clear side markers and dropping it on H&R springs) is a set of Champion RG5 wheels...
I had the 19 Lobsters and they didnt look right....I picked these up for 1500 with tires. I agree Ben, 19 aftermarket wheels look better, but I would have to spend 3-5K on a set. I'm lowering the car in the next 2 weeks, should look alot better.
agent, yea the lobsters are probably the ugliest 997 wheels avail. i just don't get how people can like those when mesh is so classic and so motorsport there's no substitute really.
lowering will def help and at least those are simple 5 spokes where it doesn't look so new to look odd on the 996. and they look huge since they don't have dish which can be bad in some cases.
i don't mean to be an **** here and mess with your fun, but i'm just trying to push you to see the light. i really believe you'd love the look of your car more if you went with a set of quality aftermarket wheels. i would've told you to save up a bit more for it from a good things come to those who save up a bit more perspective in the wheels dept. and sometimes a good used set does pop up here and there and that's the one to jump on.
