I am considering a 996 c2 cab that has been imported to Oman from Texas. I would like to get some information on its early history, but unfortunately I cannot get a carfax report from ouside the states. The carfax preview show 80 entries, so it might make interesting reading. I would very much appreciate it if someone who has unlimited access to carfax reports could possibly download the report and PM me the results? The VIN is WP0CA299XYS651255 . As an aside, the car has 19inch rims, 235/19 on the front and 275/19 on the rear. Where they available as factory options on 2000 c2s, and if not are they recomended? I will try and get some pics of the car and rims. Many thanks Gordon

You can get a Carfax report from anywhere in the world, so that excuse is a lie. Why not give us your Carfax account number and we can run with it for you. You're not going to ask us to help you get $25,000,000 out of the country that was left to you by some late "Royal" member of your family, are you?

Thanks for the help. My request was prompted by this item on Carfax Help. It is quite clear about a). not being available ouside teh US and b.) requesting someone in the US to download it for you.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
