This is not a probability of success.

I mostly used the dealer inventory search capabilities within Porsche.com, to find my car.

It sure has options on top of the already long list of standard goodies as mentioned earlier [including a luggage set]).
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi Folks,
It's been 2 weeks now with the new ride... and like a fine wine, the experience just keeps getting better and better. For being a newbie into the P-car ownership world (dreamer for almost than 3 decades), I still can't believe how amazing it is to drive them. We'll for proximity sake I'm making visits to Malibu and Ventura County roads a common weekend occurence, and yesterday afternoon I took a break on Mulholland Hwy and took some pics. And here they are. Enjoy!
All the best!
--Fast40th
Sweet pix..... I'm really envious of the SoCal topography and fun roads (much better than Texas)...
Does your car have any options? Also curious to know if you experienced and difficulty finding a 40th anniversary car. Did you dealer have more than 1? What did you drive before you bought the 911? I know, I know, questions, questions, questions.....
Have you ever got stopped ? What about telling the cops that you bracket is broken and you're waiting for the new one to arrive at the dealership ??
Fast40th....hope you drove out of the gravel VERY slowly, I too just got a new 40th and it hurts me to hear gravel pinging when you hit some....congrats on the new great car...
Thanks for the kind replies... I feel most welcomed
I agree with the clear markers. They will certainly finish the look of the car much better... They are on order already.

It sure has options on top of the already long list of standard goodies as mentioned earlier [including a luggage set]). Comfort seats w/electric controls, PCM II (not that I really needed it, but now that I've used it a few times it is kind of cool especially when taking serendipitous rides through SoCal canyons), Bose stereo upgrade, booster seat for the kid, and later this week clear bra for the front.
I was seriously in the market for a P-car for the last 6 months. Started looking at used C4S', etc. And then I was drawn to the great value of the 40th once a heavy discount was applied. I mostly used the dealer inventory search capabilities within Porsche.com, to find my car. 2 months ago there were about 10 left in So Cal. 3 weekends ago when I bought the car there were only 2 left. Both the same car except one had a rear wiper, which I really didn't want/need. So I went to the dealership that had the one without the wiper and made an offer. 2 hours later I was finally a P-car owner.
You asked what I was driving before... well for the last 5 years my daily driver has been a trusty Ford Explorer, and when my wife lets me, I drive her '03 Saab Aero Sportwagon. Before the wife, kid and mortgage I had my share of BMWs, Hondas, VWs (boy do I miss my dad's '75 VW van
).

You bet I took it easy coming off the gravel... I feel the same way. I hate the sound of "shtuff" getting picked up by the tires and travel inside the fender.
Cheers all.

Yes, been stopped. They have heard all the lies, most cops understand when you tell them the truth, it looks horrible on the car. Only been ticketed once, a rookie cop same age as me..guess he wanted a closer look at car
