Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

your thinking of the 40th ed, the mill ed is more of the interiior and paint (viioletchromaflair, its the only paint used ever, only 911 were built).

how have you enjoyed the change from stock to supercharged?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Cool! Good to see another Millennium Edition. Mine's completely stock though except for clear side markers. Interesting to see one with the Sport Designs and some Aero.
Who did the paint work on the Aero for you and who sourced the paint? I have a huge fear of ever having to match the paint on mine.
Thanks for the compliments guys!
Arneea: haven't cracked 1k miles yet, just installed over the winter.
Blackness: I debated if I should keep it stock over and over... Im keeping this baby, so I might as well enjoy her, I plan on passing it down to my kids... I have two so, Im gonna have to buy another one. Actually the paint was tough, to 3 months to get from the mother land, the paint is very unique and Porsche will not give the formulation to anyone so you have to go to a very reputable body shop that has a good relationship with the major paint company. The paint is by standox? I installed the aero myself. Since the paint is from Germany, the paint match is perfect!
Im gonna run 1/4m this summer, will post result here
the color is natural leather (thats what porsche calls it), its the same as natural brown in the 997 cars
Standox, eh? Hmmm...looks like it's a German company distributed in the USA by Dupont. My understanding was that Glasurit sold the formula to PPG. No one in my area carries all the toners required to make the color. A local paint guy suggested I try a large distributor in South FL. I sort of dropped it after that.
I recently got a road rash kit from Dr. Colorchip. (What few mile the PO put on the car, most of them must have been on a road under construction.) It took them awhile to provide the paint. Bottom line is the color didn't match. Actually the base color was close, but there was no metal particles in it! I haven't followed up with them yet.
Anyway, nice car again. I like the alum trim rings and am amazed you got the leather matched that well on the sport seats.
This is the guy I used: Larry, 908-5266960 "foreign specialty" NJ, we tried glasurit and he knew right off the bat that there ware not enough colors in there (close, but not exact). I have a quart of the standox paint cause I didnt want to go through that ordeal again. The paint is available, just gotta find that right person who know what he's talking about.
The gt3 seats are standard color nataural brown
The car is fantastic, whats great about it is that the power is very linear, its still feels like a N/A car, but with alot more power. It revs very fast and the power is there from 2500 rpm up to the limiter. Its running only 6psi and is 430 crank HP with all my other mods. The SC kit is designed very well. Very Happy with the performance!
It was a fully optioned car you can only have it as a C4, tip or 6 speed with or w/o a phone. Other than, it only came only as a package. Litronics, PCM, Full leather, badging...etc, etc.
Love your 911 Redridge. There are so many nice cars here every time I look I want to change something on mine
Welcome to Rennlist
Looks like you are running spacers on your 911. Can you tell me what size they are and where you got them. Thanks Ahead of time
Thanks for the info on the paint! People here are asking about the color. And yes, this is the only edition that was painted this color. The reason why I've been looking into sourcing the paint. Just in case I ever need it. God forbid!
So how do like the Gemballa exhaust compared to the PSE? After having the PSE I wouldn't want a P-car without some sort of sport exhaust.
People here asking about the color, where is here? The Gemballa soundslikethe tubi, totally different sound than the PSE, very euro sound, if that means anything. Agree, stock exhaust sounded like a lexus.
Im only 5'6 so, Im comfortable in them and can prob drive 3 hours w/o a break... but everyone is diff. The problem is that you cant just sit in them, instead you have to climb in them. I had a fully optioned seat so, Im thinking I def saved about 70-80lbs thats prob 7-10hp right there
, or was that for unsprung weight, I forget... Next to the SC, the seats has been the biggest impact on performance.
