use the cleanser with an oxo feather tip brush. blot dry and follow up with the Protectant. I hadn't used the cleanser in months. once it was washed with the cleanser it was looking new again. Rinse weekly and don't get any soap ontop. Just the cleanser.

Are you serious? I wasn't aware that you're not supposed to wash the top after RAGGtopping it. I guess it just washes off, eh?
