Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello, I have a 2003 C4S that is equipped with PSE. This morning I was driving with the windows down and noticed this horrible clanking sound coming from the rear of the car. It does not do it on acceleration, but deceleration around 3000 rpm or less. Exhaust looks tight and in place. I'm worried that it could be internal engine sounds such as a chain coming off or something worse. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you, J Grillo

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I just read the article on PSE Broken baffle. Is this normal, I installed the PSE at around 1500 miles. I now have 16,700 miles. The car just had a 15000 mile service last month. The dealers would of noticed an internal engine problem, right?

POST 3Original post

I have the same... hoping someone might know what this might be.
