Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

What's with the Porsche groups and the use of acronyms?

I actually knew that use of ESAD, but I assumed that couldn't be it.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What's with the Porsche groups and the use of acronyms? RSM, PSE, PSS, I think I saw a PSC in there, somewhere someone is installing a Porsche based SDI...it seems like everything is an acronym here. I know what most of them stand for, but where I'm from it's a rear main seal, a sport exhaust, sport suspension...what's with all the acronyms? Are porsche drivers all MBAs who don't have the time to spell out words? There's even an acronym for the navigation system, though I forget what it is.
OK, I've caught all of that so far except for ESAD...Earth Science and Applications Division?
And Toddle, I can't RTFM...it's dad's car, not mine, and I've been 405 miles away since before he got it. Two more weeks and I'll be home, I can't wait.
Are you always that pleasent Steve? I actually knew that use of ESAD, but I assumed that couldn't be it. Oh, and yes, I do realize you were just kidding around...though I really did know what ESAD stands for and assumed Porsche just had some unfortunate acronym.
Tonight I jump in the MY01 NA P-car w/PDAS, going to dinner w/my SO, a MILF, 'cause it's her BD; TGIF. The garage floor looks good, the RMS has been holding well, YMMV, if it leaks I'll be like OMG BS WTF!!! W/the K&N the MAF has been clean too. Last week I had to hook up the PTS2 to the OBD and turn off the CEL, AFAIK it never effected the DME. The PSE sounds hella sweet and the SSK feels great too. I'm so glad the 996 didn't come w/PASM like the 997, then I would've never installed the RoW M030. I do wish that turning PSM off didn't keep the ABS and ABD active, but it sure is comforting to know that when it's on the ASC, EDC, DDC, and SRS are there when things get dodgey. So I'm at WOT and I keep messing w/the PCM 'cause I never RTFM, usually it's just WYSIWYG. The SO is like OMG WTF and then she wants to drive and I'm just ROTFLMAO at her. Then we get home and she's like LAGNAF.
Heh thanks guys
I think I had too many beers before I logged on last night.
