Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am about to purchase rear Tires for my 2001 996, and was curious if anyone has some feedback on these Tires? I have read a lot of the feedback on Tire Rack.com and both seem to be descent for the money but, not much of the feedback was from 911 owners.

POST 2Original post

Will - I mounted the T/A KDW2 last year, I swear they were the loudest tire I have ever had on any car I've owned. I will say PASS ! IMHO.

POST 3Original post

Just went with the RE750's last week. Very happy so far.

POST 4Original post

What is on the front of your car right now? You really should not mix tires front to rear.

POST 5Original post

I have a set of re730's setting in my garage right now, removed becuase I though my front diff'l bearings had failed. You can have the complete set front and rear for $200 plus shipping if you can tolerate the noise.
