$59k sounds pretty high to me given 35k mi. I'd guess $55k is more like it esp if it's a 3rd party sale. You may want to consider getting a CPO one w warranty to cover any RMS issue.

Carfax is useless for accidents my box has been hit six times and NOTHING shows up but registrations. It will sometimes show police reported accidents but not always two of mine were reported. Of all the cars that I have checked so far 25? one had a police report on a light rearend. Get a PPI!
