Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hello all, anyone ever try or know anything about these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fabspeed-Col...#ht_500wt_1144

POST 2Original post

My last 911 had one of those on it when I bought it, but I have no idea if it did anything. I didn't realize it was 200 bucks damn. Porsche tax sure is expensive..

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

They claim that there is a modest power increase, but mostly what they claim is a really cool sound... lol, did your car sound cool under acceleration?

POST 4Original post

It had the Fabspeed exhaust too, it sounded good. I don't know if that silicon hose was a factor.

POST 6Original post

There are DIY threads that explain how to get the same results for less than 10 bucks.

I've been looking for them, if possible, care to point me to the direction of one?

I have this mod but $200 is ridiculous. Go on ebay and buy it for $40 or have one made. search "gillete mod" The intake sound is definitely improved but you get used to it in a couple days. Its a cheap mod but nothing like replacing cats and mufflers.
