Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
You need to give the car, the engine compartment, the area under the battery box, and on both sides of the box, in the cabin, and if you can on top of the plastic panels that cover the bottom of the car, a check for any signs of mice sign.
Leading evidence: 'Replace battery and again the same condition' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check any signs of mice sign' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Reads like there is a power (battery power) problem but you replace the old/original battery with I trust a good new battery, fully charged and the right size, capacity?

After winter storage while using a trickle charge I attempted to start the 911.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After winter storage while using a trickle charge I attempted to start the 911. It would not start; lights, less than 12v and no engine cranking. I replaced the battery and again the same condition. I hear the fuel pump but no starter activity.
In addition, after having the 911 service I have two cards with different anti-theft codes. Sadly, I forgot the sequence of entering the codes through the radio after entering the four-digit numbers. After a few attempts you have to wait another 10 minutes with the power on before attempting another attempt.
Once the proper code is entered is it possible this may be the reason the starter will not turn?
Since the power switch activates most of the power is it possible the switch is bad?
Any thoughts?
Thank you.
Not sure the codes are the problem, unless you have some aftermarket anti-theft system installed.

If the voltage is low (still) and with the other behavior that leaves the switch. For this you can try wiggling the key around pushing or pulling the key a bit as you turn it -- nothing severe -- to see if you can affect the behavior of the car and its electrical system. If you can this points to a bad switch. If you tell me you have the Porsche key on a chain with a number of other keys on it this extra weight over time can wear out the switch prematurely.
If you can't seem to affect the car's electrical behavior with any fiddling with the switch then a WAG would be the battery cable connections at the other end of the cables, not at the battery ends but at the other ends, are suspect.
There is also, I hate to say it, but there is also the possibility of mice having been at the wiring. You need to give the car, the engine compartment, the area under the battery box, and on both sides of the box, in the cabin, and if you can on top of the plastic panels that cover the bottom of the car, a check for any signs of mice sign.
