This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I made an appointment to have my brakes bled on Friday. Just remembered I have the front left wheel liner coming in Thursday. How much would be reasonable to have them do it while they have the rim off. If you think they will charge me an hours additional labor, I wont even ask.

POST 2Original post

They shouldn't charge anything or at most not more than 30 min.

POST 4Original post

Cant bleed just one caliper for a thorough job. This is an easy diy single handed without any equipment other than a jack , a pvc hose , small catch container. Many YouTube instruction videos for solo diy

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Mike, they are doing the whole system. I lost my courage when I realized there were two bleeding valves per caliper. $150 for the job. Seems good to me since I don't have to worry about dropping the car on the driveway, won't take up an entire day, hands clean and it will be done correctly (Indie vs hack (me)).

POST 6Original post

If you have never had the brake fluid replaced, or if it has been a long time, why not have them flush it out with new fluid instead of just bleeding? Also find out what fluid they be using, be sure is a good quality fluid.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sorry, they are putting in new fluid.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
