Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

It goes away under acceleration and only starts when the car gets up to running temperature.

I've stopped using the car in the case it's really bad.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey everyone and anyone. I'm getting a wretched squeak from where my transmission meets my engine. It goes away under acceleration and only starts when the car gets up to running temperature. Noise also changes slightly when clutch is depressed. I've stopped using the car in the case it's really bad. Car has 113k miles. Rms serviced at 80k. Any help!?! Thank you! Something is turning that doesn't want to - your decision to quit running it is sound.
You _could_ - without having to fire it up - pull out the airbox, remove the serp belt, and ensure that all of the accessory pulleys are moving freely. You can spin the water pump, idler pullies, AC, and alternator by hand and at least see if there's an obvious source of noise. Otherwise, I'd consult your friendly neighborhood Porsche guy. Definitely don't drive it further until you know what's going on...could be something completely benign, or it could be something very expensive.
If it is the throwout bearing, you get to decide what, if any, PM work you want to have done while the transmission is separated from the engine...
Get the IMSB checked. I had a similar screeching sound a few months ago and ignored it - thought it was an idler pulley bearing for the serpentine belt (could be that on your engine). Anyhow, I had a CEF a couple of weeks later. Back on the road now with a 997 long block.
