About the only thing Durametric will do is trigger the SAI pump. The rest is a vacuum system smoke test to check for leaks. After that, it is all about replacing parts. Checking all of the SAI and vacuum components is a black art.

Finally find out the culpits: The SAI check valve and the vacuum reservoir were leaking (tested with a $22 amazon vacuum pump). While in here, I replaced all the 22 years old small diameter pipes (Amazon $6: uxcell Pneumatic Air Tubing, 4mm(0.16") OD x 2.5mm(0.1") ID 2m(6.56ft) PU Polyurethane Air Compressor Tubing Hose Pipe Black) and the molded connectors. No more CEL ! Thank you for your help!
