Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

The leather cover over my 99 e-brake handle is worn and discolored. Can I purchase a sleeve; or replacement handle cover without tearing the handle/mid-console out? how about having the leather reconditioned?
How bad is the wear / discoloration? What color interior? There's a handful of rejuvenating products and conditioners that lift grime, but typically only to a certain extent. Leatherique is what I've always used, but it works best when you can leave the car in the sun on a hot day with the windows up to bake the rejuvenator into the leather. Sometimes takes multiple applications depending on wear but leaves a nice interior smell when all said and done.
I bought a low mileage replacement from Parts Society and swapped mine out for the same reason. For the ~$45 I paid for it I don't think I could have done better with any rejuvenating product. Pro tip - search for Boxster e-brake handles on there vs 911. There are more, they are cheaper, and it's the same part number. On a related note (hijack!) if anyone has just a release button, I'd love to hear from you! Design UK has them for $50. That's USD and shipment from the UK and I'm in Canada. Also, they aren't orginal, so if I'm going to pay that much for something someone else made, I might as well make one myself (which I have termporarily and will NOT post a picture of). The current one is an electrical connector (marrette) jammed in there. works well. Bright yellow!
Honestly the wear in the pictures is pretty heavy, not certain that Leatherique will be able to fully bring it back to life. FLT SIXX had a good recommendation on getting a Boxster replacement handle for around $45 if they offer in gray.
You can try the Leatherique, worse case scenario if it doesn't fully recondition the handle, you have it on hand to condition the seats.
I bought a 4oz bottle of Graphite Grey Porsche leather dye for $25 from Seat Doctors...

extensively (seats, steering wheels, shift boots/handles, brake handle, etc.) they both work and match very well. There's a bit of a learning curve but it's pretty straight forward. Good luck
Seriously - I have no affiliation with Parts Society - but they have done me right with some really good condition low mileage parts. Check this one out:

My car has a lot more than 35,000 miles on it. A part like this one erases a decade's worth of wear and tear at least. $70 and they have a first time buyer's code for 10% off.
