Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
If so make sure the surfaces are clean between hub and spacer, then spacer and rim.
Leading evidence: 'Clean between hub and spacer' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean between hub and spacer' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
If you can remove the spacers and re-test, do that.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

All this started when I had an impact with a curb at relatively low speeds on a slick surface. No physical external damage, but after a week or so started getting the suspension creak. Injected some gear oil at the ball joint and the noise went away. control arm may have slightly bent as well. Hard to tell even after inspection.
So I needed my passenger front LCA replaced. Went ahead and did the droplinks as well. At the same time, added 12mm spacers all around. Steering wheel shakes at higher speeds 55+. Car was re-aligned and front wheels were balanced. Shop says wheels are not bad and the tires are needing replacement. I didnt have any shake before all of these changes. The car actually drove quite well despite the impact.
could the spacers be accentuating any issues with the tires? Im going to remove the spacers this weekend and see if the problem goes away.
Shop owner recommended the rennline spacers. I cant imagine the spacers themselves are out of round.
very confused?
I had a similar issue. When I added the spacers, I also bought longer lug nuts. The lug nuts were not the correct shape for the rims.
Also you may have a warped rotor. A rotor can also cause the shaking
You actually could have damaged the tire and compromised the tire. Internal damage that is not visible from outside the tire. Recently my wife, in her Mini, hit a curb and bent the rim. She never does stuff like that but accidents happen. I just bought a new wheel and tire. Done and it is safe.
Sounds like a spacer issue. Assuming you have hubcentric spacers and the proper extended wheel bolts (ball seat)? If so make sure the surfaces are clean between hub and spacer, then spacer and rim. I will go at this area with some sandpaper every time my wheels are off.
