Just ordered my PCCM+ for install on my "new" 996 C4S. Car is a 2004 with BOSE and I believe the CDR23 (picture included; have yet to verify). I have a long commute and listen to XM regularly. To my understanding the PCCM+ comes with an integrated XM receiver, but I need to source an antennae. Is that correct? I know the Rennlist 996 community has performed a lot of well documented installs/research/trouble-shooting, but I can't find a specific answer to what you need specifically to ensure a one time install of the PCCM+ and anything required for SiriusXM. Thank you so much!

The PCCM+ is SiriusXM ready. You’ll need to buy a SiriusXM receiver, I believe I’m using the SXV300, which will include the antenna. It’s plug n play. Of course, you can always stream SiriusXM from the app on your iPhone! That is what I do. I have the sirius in my Macan and the app on my iPhone so I use the app in my 996 and control it on carplay!

Yeh I was contemplating the phone app use, but it's just more battery drain on the phone. Going to go with the antenna/receiver kit, and have it professionally installed. The OEM Porsche sat-radio kit is a frigging rip-off, and just going with the SXV300 per keviha's recommendation.

OR get a Mr 12volt Bluetooth adapter much cheaper and easy self install. I ALWAYS have my phone charging in the car anyway so not much battery drain! PLUS with mr12volt you can use youe phone through the radio it comes with a mic!
