Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I removed both light housings again, used some WD40 on the two housing tracks, electrical safe grease on the electric connection that the light plugs into (inside the opening in the fender), as well as the plug on the side of the light and then cleaned up the rubber light housing seal around the light with some regular Armor-All.

Suggestion
Yes exactly, inspect the cabling to make sure you don't have any exposed or making contact with anything.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I was in a panic, but he told me what to do and it worked.
The loom attached to the headlight is what I was referring to. The cable coatings disintegrate over time and I didn't do mine until I could redo those cables as well.
LOL!! This too just happened to me, right after I reinstalled my bumper. It turns out I didn't make sure the light housing themselves were properly seated and locked into place. I removed both light housings again, used some WD40 on the two housing tracks, electrical safe grease on the electric connection that the light plugs into (inside the opening in the fender), as well as the plug on the side of the light and then cleaned up the rubber light housing seal around the light with some regular Armor-All. Reinstalled each light housing, making sure they were fully seated and LOCKED into the car. Did a light check and all functioned as designed !!
I have to thank my oldest son for the tip. I was in a panic, but he told me what to do and it worked. Your mileage may vary.
I've recently learned that adding LED turn signal bulbs will cause rapid flashing. One of the bulbs being out will cause the same symptom. You can fiddle with resistors or, just get one of these relays from superbrightleds.com -
CF13GL-02: 3 Pin Black European Flasher.
I can confirm it does the trick.
As in, slows the blinking. Do not order the part expecting to get a black European Flasher. Hey to each their own, no judge here. 😂
If the cluster is blinking fast as though one of the lights are out but the lights are in fact functioning, the car might think one of the lights are out. This is usually related to the lower resistance on modern LED/HID systems. May have to add a resistor inline somewhere to spoof the system into submission.
