Hello, I am about to replace my front suspension and am confused by one of the components. It's not clear form the catalog which one I need. Is it the 3mm or the 6.5mm or both? Any help with this is greatly appreciated. As you can see my shocks are in really bad shape

One is for Sport suspension and one is for 'regular' suspension. I would replace the struts and anything that is made of rubber or plastic.

Just measure the old one, looks like you can get to it pretty easy. You just have be close not perfect since one is double the size of the other.. Looking at it in the picture my guess would be the 6.5mm.

either one works! C4S most likely had 6.5mm version and based on your pic it's defiantly not 3mm.
