Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Picked up a 2004 996 Targa Tip Black on black with 19" chrome and black wheels today as a stable mate to my 04 986 S Nobody told me owning a Porsche is like a heroin addiction. Once you have one, you keep wanting more and more! It came with a lot of service records and was serviced regularly at one of the top indy shops in So Cal. It looks and drives beautifully. I must say, with the 3.6 it does fly. I'll take it out on one of the local back roads for some twisty fun tomorrow.

POST 2Original post

Congrats and welcome to the exclusive club of "911 Ownership" I also own a 986 S and an 03 C4S, the best stable mates for sure. Car is beautiful, great choice!

POST 3Original post

These cars come alive on the twisties. They just seem to get better and better the hotter you can get those tires .....

Nice car - love the wheels! Looks like you got a good one. However also looks like the rear spoiler is stuck in the up position. You definitely want to get that fixed before anyone makes fun of you for leaving it up.
