Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I got my shift **** painted and wanted to show a before and after. Pretty satisfied with the results. Shout out to Classic Collision in Atlanta for fixing this for me. I had two other body shops say they were unable to fix it and I should order a new one. This came out much cheaper than a new one.

POST 2Original post

Looks great! It's amazing you found someone to do that. While it seems trivial and "below them" (and obviously not very lucrative) for many shops, I think it's safe to say that you found a special place. Anyone that's dedicated enough to work on such a small job for a reasonable price - and do a great job on it - is a very valuable resource! Hopefully you can give him/her/them more (bigger) work, and refferals in the future.

POST 3Original post

Now just touch up the rest with leather dye and you'll be good to go!

POST 4Original post

Looks like someone got a new cubby to replace the CD holder at the same time. And, what's in the box?

Yep got the upper cubby. The headlight washer nozzle is in the box... Need to replace one.

POST 6Original post

You couldn't do this with a spray can, a scotch pad and masking tape?

I had the car in for other minor work as well. Had I been able to find an OEM paint match on any of the color chip and paint scratch sites I could have tried it. Based on a thorough search there is no matching color online. Wanted the factory color and these guys matched it fairly well.

POST 8Original post

You can get away with not having an exact maching paint because it's not a part/panel that's right next to another that has the original paint. This is a very easy DIY job.
