Anyone has a lead to a free download of the repair manual for the engine of the 996? I'm gearing up to assemble mine soon and need some info on torque specs, what fasteners are torque to yield and such.

Not free, but you can buy the digital copies on eBay for $10-15. I imagine that's peanuts compared to rebuild costs.

It's 15 pdf's and they are not searchable. For the price its perfect.
