Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Replace text' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace text' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Good afternoon. I am currently in negotiations to purchase a 2002 C4S coupe 6 speed manual. The vehicle is pretty far away from me and would be my first Porsche. I received a recommendation for a PPI and I had it completed. I am however struggling to understand the diagnostic data that was provided. Can anyone help? Is there something missing from the ignition 2? Cheers and thank you in advance for any guidance.
ABS CODE - 4460. - SWITCH?
CAM DEV 1. - .11 : 2. - 2.3.6 : -
FRA = 1.0 RKA = .05 -
IGN 1. = 4891/2362 : 2. = 1197.9
HRS-2402.2
That seems like an awful lot of Ignition 2 detections... Here is how you interpret these numbers. "Ignition 1/2: # of Ignitions / Engine Hours." On your report you should also have a number that reads Operating Hours Counter which is missing from your copy/pate. Your #2 is odd because it happened more recently than your #1. Ignition 1 on a 996 is
> 7200 and < 7800 RPM. Ignition 2 is >7800 RPM. So if Ignition 2 happened at 2402.2 hours, then ignition 1 should have also happened then, not at 2362 hours.
Let us know if you can find the total hours and that will tell you roughly how long ago this happened. If,
for example
, your car had 5000 engine hours then this happened quite a long time ago and I wouldn't worry about it. If the car has 2403 total hours, I'd pass... 1197 ignitions in range 2 is quite a few. Looks like this car was driven hard. Not always a bad thing but it looks like it bounced off the limiter a lot.
Edit: you are looking for "Operating Hours Counter" from

Argeo, definitely looking for a 4. Does not have to be an "S". Mileage does not bother me so much. I am looking to drive it so I intend to put plenty on it as well.
