Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Reported cause
Astronomers noted that it was the first planet to be confirmed with a circumbinary orbit (orbiting a pulsar and a white dwarf star) and the first in a globular cluster.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
I have leather visors ( it is a separate option from full leather, so you can check the option codes in your trunk to be sure) and my warning sticker peeled off pretty easily.
Leading evidence: 'first planet' (1 discussions report identifying this cause; no attributable repair resolution). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'first planet' (1 discussions; 1 report identifying it and 0 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Check option codes in your trunk' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I actually appreciate the resurrection though, because now I want to clean my warning labels off.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Alcohol, Q-tips, and some patience. Takes about 20 min per. There will be a residual darker area where the sticker was. Use a Trim restorer/detailer like Mothers or ForeverBlack. It improves the color, but still noticeable. Better than that horrendous sticker.
I know this sounds crazy but I think my sunvisors are leather. I bought the car used and the guy before me order full leather, and also optioned for leather visors. I'd like to take the stickers off too. If the visors are leather will the denatured alcohol harm the leather? Thanks.
Pat
FWIW, I bought my 02 Cab with full leather option in Met Blue. Order guide says "sunvisors in leatherette." Even though the visors themselves are Met Blue, here is no leather "aroma" in mine and the texture and grain of the visors is different than the leather covered items.
I have leather visors ( it is a separate option from full leather, so you can check the option codes in your trunk to be sure) and my warning sticker peeled off pretty easily. I may have used a little heat but not much. This is on the underside. The sticker on the other side is on the plastic mirror cover and I haven't figured out a good way to get that one off.
Karl
Karl s,
I have two option codes that I can't figure out. After much research I still haven't found the answer. Do either numbers, 9981 or 9991, correspond to the leather visor option? If not, does anybody have any idea what they are?
Pat
There is no way you can mistake the cheap vinyl sunvisor for a leather one. It is one of my biggest pet peeves with the full leather option. Everything in leather, except this cheap obviously plastic thing that sits just above eye level while driving. The only thing that is preventing me from buying the Porsche leather sun visor separately is that I have an even bigger disgust for the outrageous prices Porsche options and aftermarket items command. A separate $500 for leather sunvisors that should have logically been included in full leather option? EGAD!!!!
Shame on me! I thought "FULL" meant FULL leather. Never checked that other option. At the time of the order what was another $500. But now...no way! At least they're blue
Only in America do we have those stupid stickers. Porsche has to CYA I guess- now I find out my incoming GT3 has stickers on the backs of the seats warning people not to sit in back because there are no seats or seat belts. DUH!!!!!!! And of course we don't get the European seats. Oh well, I guess we're lucky to even get the car this time!
What is going on with replies to 18 year old threads? I could not resist.

Human Genome Project
The Human Genome Project is completed during April. Scientists from around the world successfully finished sequencing about 99% of the human genome. They identified over 20,000 individual genes and base pairs that create the basic DNA composition of humans. The project began in
1990
and it was a collaborative global effort led by the National Institutes of Health. Following its completion, scientists hoped that the research would help in understanding how to predict and cure certain diseases in the future.
United States - Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster

February 1st
. NASAs STS-107 mission carried seven crew members (Rick Husband, William McCool, David Brown, Kalpana Chawla, Michael Anderson, Laurel Clark, and Ilan Ramon) into space where they conducted scientific experiments for 16 days. The Columbia disintegrated upon re-entry, tragically killing all on board. The disaster was likely caused by damage taken to the left wing during the launch when a piece of foam hit the wing. Space - Oldest Exoplanet Found
1. NASA confirms the discovery of one of the oldest known exoplanets, PSR B1620-26 b.
2. The planet, nicknamed Methuselah, was thought to be about 12.7 billion years old and is about 12,400 light years from Earth.
3. It was initially found in
1993
but its status was not officially confirmed until 10 years later with the help of the Hubble telescope.
4. Astronomers noted that it was the first planet to be confirmed with a circumbinary orbit (orbiting a pulsar and a white dwarf star) and the first in a globular cluster.
5. They also determined that the exoplanet has a mass of about 2.6 times that of Jupiter and it takes about 100 years to complete its orbit.
ESA Launches SMART-1
The European Space Agency (ESA) launches the SMART-1 (Small Missions Advanced Research in Technology-1) spacecraft during September . The unmanned satellite was launched from a site in Kourou, French Guiana. This was the ESAs first mission to the Moon and the space probe orbited the Moon for about three years. It conducted several experiments that measured chemical elements and minerals visible on the lunar surface and solar activity. It was purposefully crashed into the Moons surface after 2,890 orbits.
China -- Shenzhou 5
China launched Shenzhou 5, its first manned space mission during October of 2003. The Shenzhou 5 mission carried Chinas first astronaut Yang Liwei, who had been a pilot. The flight lasted just over 21 hours and landed successfully in inner Mongolia. Accomplishing this feat made China the third nation, after the Soviet Union (Russia) and the United States, to launch its own manned space flight.
You're missing the point. The point is to flame the person. Either they didn't search OR they're resurrecting an old thread.
...Interesting game, the only way to win is not to play.
I actually appreciate the resurrection though, because now I want to clean my warning labels off.
