I�ve used Blackstone for years and they flagged a problem on my BMW that prevented a possible fatal issue with the engine.

I�ve used them for 5 UOA, i change my oil every 5k/6 months.

I expected a difference in readings because of possible different testing methods, and processes, but I�m surprised how much they�re different.

If you track it, use the racing version of DT-40 and change it after every track day.

Could some provide a link to info on Blackstone? Specifically, how often should the oil be analyzed? How many miles need to be be on the oil to get good results? How much oil is needed? Any specific shipping requirements? Etc...
It’s pretty simple. You can order the collection kit from their website. It comes with a small collection bottle (pill bottle size) an absorbent wrap and zip lock bag as well as a larger jar that this whole kit goes into for shipping. You can take a sample whenever you want really, but I take one at each oil change. Collect mid drain, package it up in their packaging and stick it in the mail. You tell them on the info sheet, how many miles are on the oil, type of oil, car make, model and year, etc. A week later you will get an email with your results.
These things are best for comparative purposes, so having few to compare to each other is the most benefit. You’re looking for trends largely.
Consider speediagnostix for UOA. There are several threads on this forum showing their reports. I�ve used them for 5 UOA, i change my oil every 5k/6 months.
How often you do the UOA's is up to you, depends a lot on what you know the condition of the engine is. If you just purchased it, put in DT-40, run it for about 1K, get that oil UOA'd. Put in fresh DT-40 and you can go 4K on the street, no tracking. If you track it, use the racing version of DT-40 and change it after every track day. Always change the filter with the oil.
Oh, and cut the oil filter apart each time to check for what it's catching...

There's a typo in it (the double "d" no pun intended) and it took me to a site that tried to trick me into installing a "safe search" extension for Firefox. Most of the extensions or apps that get suggested in this manner are malware. Bad guys often capitalize on typos to bring people to a website they never intended to go to & trick them into installing all sorts of bad stuff.

Got my first reports back. Don�t know how many miles were on this oil as there was no info when I took delivery. UOA results look good so far. Will send another sample soon.

So when I bought my Porsche, I kept using them.
After attending The Knowledge Gruppe�s UOA class I decided to stick with Blackstone since I had a long sample trend with them that made it easy to track differences.
When my engine is rebuilt I�ll change to SpeedDiagnostix for my Porsche�s UOA.
Because I posted this question I got a response from Jake about Speed diagnostix. I was not aware of them. Upon his recommendation I looked into them and sent a sample as I had enough to do both. I think I’ll stay with Speed diagnostix for the long term. Their approach is designed for our cars. And Jake recommends them. Enough for me.
