Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Check first' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check first' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

Suggestion
I'd disconnect a fuel line under the car and see if anything comes out when you jump the fuel pump relay pins or use a PIWIS2 to activate final fuel stage in the DME

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

You're throwing parts at it now. Not sure why the starter was replaced.
Is the fuel pump priming?
What led up to this?
Check the fuses? Battery ground cable secure and clean?
From what others have posted (and in this thread as well), the most likely candidate for "cranks but won't start" is the crank position sensor. That would be what to check first. Do you have Durametric or know someone who does? It will tell you if there is a signal from the CPS.
best way to check CPS if diagnostics tools are not available, most time they wont log a fault, If the CPS is good, while cranking the tach needle should be moving or bouncing a little, if CPS is bad there will be no movement of the tach needle while cranking.
I had a no start issue last year, started out random, then left me sit once. While waiting on the flatbed tow, I hopped on here, did my research..no tach bounce=CPS.. while waiting the car decided to finally start so I cancelled the tow, drove it straight home and ordered the CPS. Never had a problem since.
That happen to the kid car two years ago, fuel pump went out on the P-car, was watching and showing him how to change out the pump, he didn't install the pressure line to lock position, week and half later with a tow home, found pressure line popped off inside the tank.
Sounds fuel related, whats the backstory?
Has it been sitting? Old fuel can clog the injectors and cause a crank but no start. I'd disconnect a fuel line under the car and see if anything comes out when you jump the fuel pump relay pins or use a PIWIS2 to activate final fuel stage in the DME
