The one of the 40th is the C4S unit but you could use the Turbo one like in the eBay link.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm looking to create more down force on the front of my C4S. Have been looking around for front spoilers or splitters and cannot find anything. Any advice.
You will NOT create any downforce. Rather you can start to reduce lift. You have two other options that are plug and play other than the your C4S splitter. You can run the Turbo splitter or the Turbo Aero splitter.
Curious why you think you need it?
Anyone have pictures of the Turbo splitter or the Turbo Aero splitter? I guess since my 2004 40th Anniversary uses a turbo front cap those are my plug and play options as well? I too was thinking of giving adding a bit more aggresive slpitter.
Can you post pics of your front end on your 40th? Do you have a splitter already on? IIRC, the 40th had the C4S splitter.
Here are the three options (C4S, Turbo, Turbo Aero)
The C4S/turbo aero kit splitter looks quite nice, but they are very expensive compared to the standard options for each vehicle. Many people consider the splitter on a 996 to be a "disposable" item, requiring replacement every so often. I'd rather have one that I can replace for less than $200 than an expensive one like the aero option. That's my 2 cents worth...
The C4S unit is about $165 while the standard Turbo unit is double that at $325. I do not recall what the factory aero piece runs but I have seen many aftermarket companies selling them starting about $500 for fiberglass and about $700 starting price in carbon.

this is a link to a urethane "front spoiler" or as you say a splitter. I believe this is the one on the 40th version also.
Don't know if this helps .....

I have a C4S spoiler to sell. It is like new condition, and it is painted Seal Grey. Many people prefered the 4S to the Turbo because of the 2 openings.
Both are genuine Porsche parts and part of the Aero Trim kits available for your car. These are about 20% off dealer . let me now if i can help! Good luck! Chuck
