This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ok everyone.. I have a few questions and have searched many times with no easy answers. I have an aftermarket set of gt3 skirts and I can't find good visual instructions to put them on.The TSB is crap for visual and verbiage is fine. A lot of it is self explanatory but some is not. i will list my questions below 1. What holds up the skirt near the front wheel housing besides the 3m tape and one of the clips underneath? no screws in the rocker itself like in the rear? The TSB shows one but all the photos of aero cars doesn't show a screw??? 2. As for underneath.. does the side skirt over lap the lip where the clips are used? I mean which side of the crimp do the screws go into the clip? inner or outer side? 3. how clips do you use as the TSB shows 3 which seems very low.. if you have photos that would help tremendously...

PM me. You can come by and I’ll show you what I did for my kit install.

Linked instructions are for Mk1 Cup aero kit but they describe how the stock push pin rivets are replaced with sheet metal screws and corresponding speed nuts on the tabs to fix the sill covers in the front and rear wheel housing. Perhaps Mk2 is attached in a similar fashion. Tabs point to the outside if I understand your question correctly. https://www.renntech.org/application...nt.php?id=7280
