Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Looked at my wife's volvo they don't have a diffuser figured it wouldn't change the pattern too much.

Pryed them apart using s flat blade screwdriver and a small pry bar.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I had been considering doing mods to my headlights and didn't really like any options. I found a set of NOS lenses on eBay (just the lenses) and pulled the trigger. My plan is to remove my Amber lenses and install the clear/smoked 00+ lenses.
I've watched the videos on how to take them apart, hoping it goes well.. I went ahead and ordered the smoked sidemarker too.
Car will be perfect then.
If taking the lenses off involes cooking them in the oven be very cateful as if you over cook it and mess up her oven not only your ego will be hurting but also body parts.
Well I took them back apart... I removed the diffuser it was yellowed.. Looked at my wife's volvo they don't have a diffuser figured it wouldn't change the pattern too much.
Personally I would've done a projector/hid retrofit while the lense was apart. But either way, good job and looks like you ended up with an amberoctemy by default since your orange lenses didn't have the orange square lense behind it.
For the rest of us in the slow class, I'll recap so far:
1. The OP (original poster) wanted to get rid of the amber color in his front turn signals.
2. So he purchased a used replacement headlight cover made by NOS (a company, not nitrous).
3. It turned out good, and he's obviously done this before.
4. I still can't figure out if he baked the 1st one twice or just once, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter.
5. Stay tuned for more good stuff from this guy.
Edits:
2. New (not used) replacement.
4. Baked it twice, due to later decided to remove yellowed diffuser (round lens in front of hi/lo bulbs).
Ha! Thanks for the recap.
NOS stands for New Old Stock.. These are OEM factory replacement lenses from an RSR GT3.
I have never done this before on a porsche I was super nervous but it's pretty straight forward..
My method: Oven to 210 degrees shelf one step up from the bottom. left them in for 15 minutes each. Pryed them apart using s flat blade screwdriver and a small pry bar. Then swapped the lenses. I ended up painting a few parts on the interior of the lenses to enhance the look a little.
Unfortunayely, it's not possible to install projectors without removing the outer lens.
I believe what you are talking about is installing HID bulbs directly into the OEM halogen reflector, which creates a blinding glare to oncoming traffic and will get you pulled over in most states.

Just keep in mind that they may not pass inspection, depending on your inspector and local regulations. Chances are that no one will notice, though.
If you decide that you want new diffuser lenses, let me know. I usually have some around.
