I still get a creaking sound from the rear over bumps - like an old rocking horse - even after changing the suspension to M030.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

If it's not the shocks/struts/sway bar bushings what could it be?
I'm hoping I can just lube something??
My window was creaking like crazy a few years ago.
A few applications of Pedro's Ice Wax underneath the window seal on a warm day took care of it.

That is exactly the issue. The wax-based dry lube in Pedro's (intended for bicycle chains) works great and won't break down the rubber.
Some extreme cases require seal replacement or a 'cord' that is pressed in, but I would start with the $5 solution first. It worked for me.
I did the entire glass surround front and back, but you can spot test it on the bottom first, if you wish.
Pedro's is liquid, so it will run down the side channels quite easily.
Be careful of applying too much, particularly at the bottom edges.
It doesn't damage the paint, but it can be tough to get off if it dries completely.
Based on your original description, I would think rear. Lay on your back under the rear of the car, and push up and down to articulate the suspension. If you don't hear creaking, try laying under the front.
