Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I drive it weekends only, my routine is always, turn the computer for oil level, check all tires, look under the carriage for any leaks, open the trunk and check the oil stick, when I was doing that I heard some hissing, which makes no sense, so I saw the f&^%#@ creature on the corner of my right eye, I jump backwards and almost pee on my pants!!!!!

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Did he get out or did you have to "encourage" him? They are not a nice creature when cornered! He looks young to be a Porsche fan already!

I spend 2 hours trying to get them out, first I try to push it with a stick, hoping it will jump from the engine but not, It was getting very aggressive, went right under the transmission area, I took the same stick hit the undercarriage and turn the radio louder with the speakers to the rear and lift the rear right right tire. Then the little fella just went under the carriage and took off, after that little encounter I took the flash light, went under the car and look for cables that had been chew, as well on the engine, I was fortunate that thing didn't chew on anything, cables or hoses.

Dang! They can cook as well, I'll have to get me one.

POST 13Original post

Nice one! I would have fired up the engine for a split second, would have scared him to leave in an instant! I've found a kitten in the engine bay of my 928 once. Was working on something in my driveway and kept hearing a squeaking noise every now and then. Took a while to find the location and then when I popped the hood, all I could see were two eyes looking at me (the cat was pitch black). Scared the crap out of me too. Looked like the engine grew eyes (couldn't tell where the cat's body was because the engine was black too).
