Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

My car was originally a C4 that I converted over to rwd, to get the GT3 PSS9s to work I used the hub carriers off a C2, I was happy to go this route as I wanted to remove the diff, front drive shafts anyway.

Suggestion
Guessing you changed over the hub/carriers on the front to GT3 ones to suit the GT3 PSS9 setup?

Regarding the air lift kit, Ive actually mounted this using my standard C2 strut top mounts to see how things would sit, Ive actually sat the thrust bearing on the underside of the lift kit basically sitting on the top of the spring so things can rotate.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Biggest head ache I had was the rear sway and drop links but its all good now.
Im in the process of fitting GT3 PSS9 coil overs, these came with the above airlift kit that I have no knowledge of but without any top mounts.
Having read various threads I aware Ill need the GT3 mono all type front mount so Ill sort that out, my question really I about the air lift.
Do I fit the strut mount directly on top of the air lift rubbers or should the cupped washer fit between the airlift rubber and the strut mount as per PSS9 diagram.
I think I know what you're talking about but I don't know the exact answer. However with Tarret monoball top mounts they specifically say to not use that washer. Also GT3 PSS9s - are they PSS9s for a GT3 as they won't easily fit a standard 996...
Also I'd contact Cargraphic and ask them - their customer service is good.
Ive got everything fitted now. As you say the GT3 PSS9 was not quite a swap over but it was all perfectly doable. What I have noted is that the PSS9 are set up as per Bilstein recommendations they sit quite a bit lower than I had expected but this is mostly likely to suit the GT3 height in the first place.
