Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 3Original post

I don't see an option for the GT3/Aero Kit bumper... Have you made one of those yet? The grills look great -do they affect airflow? Thanks in advance ** Also, no center for the 996.1 stock bumper? The center radiator is most vulnerable as it's right at the opening (only set back an inch or two and square to the opening). The main radiators are set off to the sides, at an angle and protected by the AC condensers...

POST 4Original post

These look great and the price is right. Ill be adding these to my MK1 this summer.

And you based this on your quest for a grill " GT3/Aero Kit bumper..." that was unsatisfied? Given the how rare that grill will be - I imagine they are working on making ones where they can sell some in a reasonable amount of time. I found their customer service to be excellent, and the website quite useable.. not flashy but it let me order what I wanted quickly.

I stand by my earlier post - website sucks, Zero customer service! And no, it's not my "quest" to get grill inserts... It would have been simple enough to to post "sorry we don't make a set for the Aero bumper, as there's not enough demand"... The guy is clearly on this thread daily as he likes all the fanboi posts

I am so sorry I didnt reply, but yes that is the case. We dont have enough demand for that model yet but we captured your vote for the product. Once again, we are a small business and go out of our way for our customers, and fully support them after the purchase, video chat, phone calls, emails, etc. We feel that zero customer service is not an accurate description of our efforts by a long shot!

POST 9Original post

^^^ That's all you had to say in the first place^^^ Maybe I should have said "zero potential customer service" - In any case, I totally understand your position - hopefully you'll get more requests!
