Suggestion

IMO, the pedals are pretty hard to see down on the floor, so I went with some cheap ebay aluminum pedals to replace my worn rubber ones.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Folks - Looking to upgrade my OEM rubber pedal tips to aluminum on my '03 C4 Cab. Right now, looking at Ruf and Schnell. Any experience or preference with? I'm not track racing. Pros/cons? Others to consider? Liike the look of the drilled Schnell (and the price), but it's hard to tell if there's a raised edge for grip or not. https://www.rstrada.com/interior/ruf-pedals https://schnellperformance.com/colle...ll-logo-manual

POST 3Original post

THe ruf ones are nice and good price. I did the numeric aluminum and love them, pricey though. THey look great in the all black interior. No drilling with the numeric.

POST 4Original post

IMO, the pedals are pretty hard to see down on the floor, so I went with some cheap ebay aluminum pedals to replace my worn rubber ones. I think they look good, and the price was right. They look like the ones in post #5 here : https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...um-pedals.html They must be at least 10 years old by now. They've held up well.

POST 5Original post

All the aluminum pedals are nice - and yes even the cheap ones hold up well. The Rennline fully adjustable gas pedal is the shizzle yo!

Check our pedals out! They require no drilling or modification at all! https://www.numericracing.com/pedals

POST 9Original post

I got the Rennline pedals with rounded rubber bumps like shown above. If you like to drive your car bare foot, these are dreamy! i didn’t like driving barefoot til I put these on. Now my summer Sunday drive is shoeless.

Looking forward to working my way up to barefoot driving... Rennline aluminum pedals with rubber tips on the way! Was between Rennline and Ruf. In the end, selected Rennline purely for aesthetic reasons: prefer the more symmetrical pattern. Thanks for all the tips!

Exactly what I was thinking. Ouch!

POST 13Original post

Does anyone here have a photo showing Rennline's adjustable gas pedal? I could use something adjustable to help with my heal-toe.

POST 14Original post

that's the Rennline perforated with the extensions this the adjustable unit https://www.rennline.com/Porsche/departments/1/

POST 15Original post

I appreciate the help @Fracture . I should've been more specific in that I was looking for photos of it installed in the vehicle. I've seen the stock photos from the Rennline website. Trying to gauge how close it is to the brake pedal laterally, as well as how offset it is; how forward of the brake pedal it is.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
