I got mine in 2018 from Sunset Parts during Black Friday. They were discounted to under $700 with just $50 shipping. https://www.sunsetporscheparts.com/o...ly-00004480215 The picture they use is from a 996.1 which bolts to the sheet metal. The ones you'll receive won't require permanent modifications.

996 559 983 04 and 996 559 984 04 are the PN’s for the .2/GT3 skirts. (sources GT3 and Tequipment catalogs) The skirt ‘kit’ is 000 044 802 15

The 996.1 side skirts do not "bolt to the sheet metal". There are steel clips that clip onto the pinch weld below the rocker panels. The side skirts screw onto these below the car and are fastened to the face of the rocker panel with double sided tape. see #5 in this illustration http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=810-05

According to the Original 996.1 TSB for Dealer installation of the Aerokit it does. Perhaps they changed this after the TSB was written.
