Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I guess I can do some more testing of the wires with this new info and see if it lines up with what I have in the car.
Leading evidence: 'Test of the wires' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Test of the wires' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So I've purchased the PCCM+ for my 2003 C4S. Since the Bose amp was removed, I've decided to try and re-install it to make the install "simpler" since I can't seem to get an answer on how to install it to an aftermarket amp or install it without an amp. So... I have the factory Bose amp and the plug, but the wires to that plug have been cut. I'm reconnecting them and have hit a bit of a roadblock/challenge in that there are two sets of purple and purple/brown wires. Does anyone know which pair connects to where on the plug? The plug does have wires on it so I know where all the other wires go, and it does have both pairs of purple wire sets, but the challenge is that I don't know which pair goes. I've looked online and could not see any diagrams that showed these two sets. Any help would be very helpful.
Thanks
I had the colors wrong. The wires are blue and blue/brown. Here are pics of where they are on the connector. I've looked but haven't been able to find any information related to what these pin locations are designated as. I did "pop" the wires with a 9v battery and both sets go to speakers on the left side of the car. Does anyone know where I can find information related to this connector and what the pin locations are?
Thanks for the info. The part that doesn't make sense to me is that the colors do not match. Pin location A14 is brown/blue as I see on mine, but pin location A28 on mine also has brown/blue but in the diagram in the manual it is brown/white. That's what has been causing my confusion. The only brown/white wire I have is in pin location A16 which is a larger gauge wire and is indicated as a subwoofer wire. I guess I can do some more testing of the wires with this new info and see if it lines up with what I have in the car. Thanks for responding.
Well the diagram is from a 2004 so some of the colots may be different in your 2003.
When i was dealing with my o2 issues the wire colors were different for a few. What is important is the pin out location. The wire will always go to the intended location reguardless of the color.
