Thank you! I was just about to search for a video on this then yours popped up right in front of me. It is important to note that you should disconnect your battery before removing the cluster. ..about to pull the cluster on my 996 to replace my clock LCD which has some bad pixels. I found a Boxster LCD for cheap on eBay ($60) as a donor for the screen. Fingers crossed hope it works.
