Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally got around to changing the last bit of fluids in the car since purchase in January. No need for a what oil to use thread. Lifted the car and jack stand under rear left jack point. Scooted under with my trusty USAG 10mm T-handle hex wrench. Had to put my foot against fill plug and drain plug to get loose. (Always make sure the fill plug comes out 1st). Drained, lowered car level had a cup of coffee. Put drain plug back in and filled with a small pressurized canister like a garden sprayer. (just take the nozzle off) Went pretty quick and no mess. Could pump from side of car as opposed to contorsionist moves under car. Old oil was nothing spectacular normal bronze shiny stuff. Drove around and my mind thought it shifted better. Did say anything to the wfe so we will see if she notices.

POST 2Original post

How many miles was on it? Did she shift better?

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I used the "GOOD OIL" Yea no idea on how many miles on the trans oil. Did the front DIFF oil tonight and I must say it is a bit tougher. Those little belly pan clips took some figuring to get off. The 17mm hex head drain and fill plugs were supper Effin tight. Ended up using a 17mm 6 point impact socket, extension Snap on ratchet braced with a piece of wood and push with my foot. GEEZE!!!!!!!! After all that it was easy. Oil that came out was REALLY BAD. worse than my Super Duty after towing 30K miles. At least the CV's looked good.
