Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have to choose between having my pedals too close and my steering wheel and shift lever too far. Before replacing my wheel and trying to extend my shift lever, I thought I should find out if I could simply move the pedals towards the front of the car. I searched, and I know there is some adustability with the brake pedal. But I havent seen any options with the throttle or clutch. Anyone know of any? Thanks!

POST 3Original post

Had to WHAT? Take a picture with a potato? OP, you can buy aftermarket pedals that have a limited amount of adjustment, but this is typically to bring the accelerator in line with the other pedals. As far as I know, the stock pedals are not adjustable.

Or you could put several sticky soles on the bottom of your shoes.

Isn't the shortshifters tinted to the left, getting it closer to you. If i removember properly, the shortshifter I installed on my old 986 was tinted to the left towards the driversseat.
