Have a buyer for the ME car as it sits, not interested in the limited edtion wheels. Is the there a market for them? New they would be around $ 6000.00, or in great used condition, how much?...2-3K???? Thanks!
They are a specific wheel for that edition only made in the Stuttgart factory as I understand. They are basically Turbo look rims w/ a specific chrome finish from the factory.
def less than $1K...... like your buyer, it is a VERY limited market for these wheels. I know they cost alot, but the reality is.... they are not worth alot cause very few wants them.
The wheels have been in storage, I have another set on the car. Sport design wheels color matched to the body color. The prospective new buyer likes the car as it sits with these wheels on it. Otherwise I would never think of spliting it up. Go fiqure! The car is for sale, listed on rennlist and pelican with photos.
I am sure you'll have better luck selling the ME wheels than the painted sport designs. Although I sure would like some regular sport designs. They probably aren't worth a lot unless it's to a ME owner. I passed on some chrome Turbo twists for $400.
