Okay, I get it now- there is no such thing as a 996 Targa C4 and the C2 uses a different model spring.

Okay, I get it now- there is no such thing as a 996 Targa C4 and the C2 uses a different model spring.

I have H&R sport springs on my targa. I don't think that the C4 Cab and the targa springs are the same. The C2 cab and targa are the same though. I could be wrong but that is my recollection.

Thanks! I love her. Here is the box my springs came in from H&R via ECSTuning. ForumRunner_20150104_211554.png You can see the part # for a 996 Targa, which is not 4wd like the 997 Targa is, is 29513-2 and is labeled for the 996 C2 cabrio. I don't think the part # in your link is right for a 996 targa.
