Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Can you tell me which size to order? Thanks

POST 4Original post

you need to look up T-10 error free led. theres many different kinds. get some with few led emitters, dont get 6 or 8 or 10 emitters. they wont fit into many different holes get the ones that are xenon white color.

POST 5Original post

So I don't have the upgraded headlights on my 996.2 and they are dim and all. The headlight bulb went out last night so I need to replace the two anyways and I'm looking for a crisper brighter set up. Would these bulbs you're talking about work in my car? Can you post a link to the eBay add as I can't seem to find them on there.

POST 6Original post

you dont have xenon headlites? you can buy the kit to convert to xenon and have the same bulbs as all other xenon headlites have, but your headlite housings and the reflectors and levelers wont be the same. BUT you probibly will not know the difference. You may need to adjust the lites alittle if you get alot of other drivers flipping at you. But i never did. just look up porsche 996 xenon conversion kits, there will be many. You can look on ebay or just search on the web. Ive used ijdmtoy, hidextra, many dealers. most you can call and talk to. You pick your color and power. Usually 6000K or 8000k makes a light blue light, then you will be able to match the parking and other marker bulbs with the t-10 leds to your headlites. The kit is a bulb that fits your socket and a ballast that powers the bulb. There is some cutting and figuring to make the wires go into the light housing.
