My money is on the bolts given the appearance, but replace both the end flange and the bolts with the latest hardware.

Didn't see pictures at first. Looks like IMS Flange Seal is leaking. Recommend RMS while apart though.

Looks like IMS, fyi someone has replaced the RMS already. That doesn't mean it isn't sweating a little. Same recommendation as Supryze, change both. What kit are you waiting for? Did you get the LN tools? Don't rely on the Pelican method of set screws holding the IMS.

I've seen a few leaking RMS's and that RMS doesn't look like it is leaking. You can certainly replace it while you are there just be sure you do not install the new seal exactly where the old one was located or the new seal can leak right away. The leak is in my opinion with the IMS flange or the bolts. My money is on the bolts given the appearance, but replace both the end flange and the bolts with the latest hardware. The new bolts should be micro-encapsulated to prevent any oil from seeping past the threads and then out through the bolt head. Be sure you clean the grime off thoroughly before you do the RMS or IMS flange/bolt R&R.
